  • Use of high-speed buffers and polishers to properly detail the exterior surfaces 
  • Removing dust, grease and oil from exterior surfaces of boats and trailers. 
  • Knowledge of proper products for safe detailing of vessels including cleaners for various surfaces, degreasers, and waxes.

Key Duties

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level General Shop Hand to join our marine service team. This position is ideal for someone starting out in the marine or mechanical industry who is keen to learn on the job, gain hands-on experience, and work towards progressing into a Service Technician role.
No formal qualifications are required — just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
What You’ll Be Doing

Position Summary 

The Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted resource to employees across multiple dealership locations. This role is responsible for leading core HR functions including workforce planning, talent acquisition, payroll and benefits oversight, regulatory compliance, employee relations, and retirement plan administration.  

The HR Manager balances hands-on execution with strategic leadership, advising company leadership on organizational structure, staffing strategy, talent development, total rewards, and HR systems. This position plays a critical role in shaping employee experience, supporting business growth, and ensuring compliance with federal and state employment regulations.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

Include, but are not limited to:  

Planning & Talent Management 

  • Partner with leadership to develop workforce planning strategies aligned with business objectives.  
  • Advise leadership on organizational design, staffing needs, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.  
  • Lead full-cycle talent acquisition efforts including recruitment strategy, candidate evaluation, and onboarding processes.  
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding programs to ensure consistent and positive employee experiences.
